Hi, My Name is May Myat Hmu Khine, as a Web Designer at Spiceworks Myanmar Co., Ltd. In this week, I would like to introduce my 6months experience in Spiceworks Myanmar. I have been here in 6 months, I really feel family with organization since the day I join. Spiceworks Myanmar give me fresher welcome party and it make me feel comfortable.

And they plan to attend the Japanese class and every Wednesday make practice with Japanese to improve.
Our parents company is from japan so CEO and other colleagues are come to visit Myanmar, every time they coming we go to Pagoda, dinner together and make picnic for relaxing.
For the daily activities we add our task on the personal whiteboard.

We also launch W.I.T ceremony at Melia Hotels when February. Our purpose of this contest is to support Myanmar youths who have the innovative talent, want to challenge with new technologies, learn web design in daily life and try to create the brighten future of Myanmar.
We have four groups in our office they are Education, Maintenance, Promotion and HR, every groups have their own responsibilities and duty.

In Education, point out the in-office needed technologies and sharing the new tech knowledge.
In Maintenance, it’s control about the rules according to the policy.
In Promotion, they add our activities in social network like Facebook in every activities. Some of the month our colleagues have birthday and Spiceworks Myanmar give them party. It is one of the good activities of us.
In HR, they doing about the office needed and measuring the performance of every employee according to the 360 appraisal.
We have general assembly for every six months, it is for the graduation ceremony to give graduate the outstanding employee according to appraisal result. There have many series according to the policy.

In the assembly we make presentation about how to growth the Spiceworks, playing game, having snacks and give Prize for the winner.
